Do I need to create an account to order on Shopaobby.com?

No. Shopalobby.com does not require you to create an account to order. You can use our secure guest checkout.

Creating an account at your convenience will improve your options for expedited checkout with future purchases and allow better notification to deals and savings.

Can I get my order outside of the U.S?

Shopalobby.com is currently taking orders and shipping within the U.S only at the moment, but looking to enter other markets very soon. Keep in touch socially on any of our social outlets for important updates and deals.

Inventory is warehoused and ships from within the U.S for faster delivery.

When can I expect my order?

Order processing takes 1 to 2 days. Orders received on Friday will begin the order process the following Monday.

Once processed, orders typically take 5 to 14 days for delivery, but could take up to 7 additional days depending on your location. Some areas could see delays due to COVID-19 delays.

If an order has multiple items, some items might be delivered separately, but in the same professional and timely matter.

Shopalobby.com offers low cost, first-class shipping via USPS for the majarity of our products. This allows our customers to get faster, trackable shipping times without the extra expense.

COVID-19 Shopalobby shipping times have had minimal negative impact due to the coronavirus pandemic. Will we will always continue to do our absolute best to provide top quality service to our customers while putting their safety first and foremost.

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason, you need to return your item(s), exchange or refund, we will happily and swiftly rectify the situation. Our policy lasts 10 days from delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all pieces must be received in their original condition. It must also be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. The hygienic linings of all bottoms must not have been torn or tampered with. Shopalobby.com reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reasons that are not in line with our return/exchange policies. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How to return an item(s): Please complete Return Request Form

Be sure to include: Order number, Item(s) returned including Product Name, (Your Name, address and payment method used for order), photo or video of product and reason for return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We will however, work with you on a resolution.

      Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

What Coupons and Discount do you have?

BFCM19 is our current Discount Code. This code does not need to be entered at checkout. It is an automatic 15% off order purchases with a $10 minimum order. How do I add my Coupon or Discount Code?

At times, we offer both automatic discounts or coupon codes to

  • Automatic Discounts- Discounts and savings will automatically be applied when criteria of discount id reached.
  • Discount Codes - You will need to add your Discount Code, usually checkout, and the order/item amount will be adjusted.

What should I do if my Coupon or Discount Code does not work?

There are several reasons a discount might not be applied. The criteria for the discount might not have been met, offer could have expired or code entered incorrectly. In the event you are having an issue with a Coupon or Discount Code, please feel free to contact us and we will work to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
